Nestled in the heart of McElmo Canyon, just minutes from the ranch, you’ll enjoy an unforgettable evening of exceptional food, handcrafted wines, and warm hospitality. Your dinner is personally prepared by vineyard owner John Sutcliffe, whose passion for simple, locally inspired cuisine perfectly complements the beauty of the surrounding vineyards.
Whether you’ve spent the day exploring ancient ruins, hiking canyon trails, or simply relaxing beneath Colorado’s wide-open skies, this intimate vineyard dinner is the perfect way to end your day.
Whenever possible, ingredients are raised or grown at Sutcliffe Vineyards or Canyon of the Ancients Guest Ranch, bringing together the farms, vineyards, and flavors of McElmo Canyon in one memorable evening.
Pricing: $115 per person, including tax and gratuity
