Folsom Point Sanctuary offers an unrivaled view of the entire ranch and features antique doors and temple panels from India. Its design is inspired by the geometrical form of a Folsom Point Arrowhead. The Folsom Point Sanctuary at Canyon of The Ancients Guest Ranch is the perfect venue for yoga retreats, sound meditations, corporate events, or simply relaxing your body, mind, and soul with the Synchronicity Wave System or a massage with Leah.

Sky Kiva, one of the dwellings at Sky Village, is also a great venue for yoga retreats and sound healing sessions. The design and vibration effects through Gong/Crystal balls enhance the potential healing effects and relaxation.

These sound therapy sessions facilitate the release of stress and create mind/body coherence. This stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system giving us the opportunity to restore and replenish our energy through a process known as rhythm entrainment. This class is a fusion of Yin Yoga, meditation, and the ancient practice of pranayama followed by a sound healing savasana. These practices nourish and revitalize the nervous system, endocrine system, myo-fascial network and Chinese meridian system. They also have a strong influence on your electromagnetic field or biofield surrounding the body. This combination helps us recover from our mental, emotional, and physical stress or trauma. It also opens us up to the possibility of connecting to a higher level of consciousness and awareness. See you on the mat 🙂
