Cabin Policies
Deposit: A deposit of 50% of entire amount is required to confirm your reservation.
Check-in & Check-out time
– Check-in: 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
– Checkout: no later than 11:00 am
Please let us know in advance if you will check in after 8pm.
Pet Policy: Pet fee $25/pet/night.
– If you are bringing your dog(s) we really appreciate you following our pet policy.
– Please keep your dog(s) on leash as we have free range chickens, sheep, cows, and our own dogs and cats on the ranch, we don’t want your dog(s) getting too excited.
– Please bring their beds/kennels, as sleeping on guest beds or utilizing guest towels/blankets/sheets are not allowed. An extra cleaning fee up to $250 will be incurred for any “accidents” or if additional cleaning is needed if pets were found to be on comforters, beds, etc.
– Please do not leave your dogs unattended inside the cabins or outside.
– No dogs in Rascal’s hideout or the Sanctuary please.
No smoking allowed inside of the guest houses.
Please help conserve the water/utility
Please respect the other guests and the animals. Please do not throw rocks or yell and chase animals which will create stressful situation for them and the team.
We are happy to play and spend time with your kids to educate them how the farm/ranch life is and the archeology around the region, however we are not a daycare center or dude ranch that can provide baby-sitting service or scheduled activities. We really appreciate your understanding that sometime it is not feasible to cover everything on top of many other responsibilities.
